At this point the designer enters the scene, consulting on plans, furniture options, fabrics, and
finishes. We provide 2D and 3D computerized renderings to make the project real before your
eyes. Our designers have LEED, NCIDQ, and health care facility training and certifications.
Project Specification
Once you’re ready to order your interiors, our contract administration experts secure fair
pricing. Electronic order entry ensures accuracy and gives us the ability to track the status so
you’re aware of scheduling and shipment. We can also develop a standards program for items
you expect to order on a regular basis.
Project Planning, Management, and Installation
Your schedule determines the moving and installation of furnishings. Want to minimize
downtime and disruption to your daily routine? Our manufacturer-certified technicians are
available 24/7 to stage and install. A post-installation walkthrough and punch list ensures all
furnishings and equipment meet your expectations and are in working order.
After-Sales Support
This includes training and orientation on the products you’ve selected; maintenance, warranty
repair, and cleaning down the road; management of your inventory, and office re-configuration
as it becomes necessary. We also ask our customers to complete a survey on each project.
Special Services
Warehousing, financing, energy management and lighting retrofit consultation, corporate art
consultation, and furniture asset and move management services round out our menu.
